About Our Services
Imagine Life Coaching provides relationship transformation coaching, intuitive guidance, Reiki energy work, and NLP-based support. Services are delivered via phone, email, and video call.
Caterina Barregar is a professionally trained Life Coach through Erickson International, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, and a proud member of the International Medical Intuitive Association.
Important Disclaimer
Life Coaching and Reiki are not psychotherapy or psychological counselling. Caterina is not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. Caterina’s services are not intended as a substitute for mental health counselling or medical advice.
If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or ideation, please seek immediate support from a licensed mental health professional, crisis centre, or emergency services. In Canada, you can call or text 988 for immediate support 24/7.
Your Responsibilities as a Client
- You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and emotions
- You agree to remain accountable, committed, and engaged in your coaching journey
- You agree to complete the Weekly Pre-Session Form at least 24 hours before each session
- You agree to arrive on time for scheduled sessions
Session Procedures
- Sessions begin promptly at your scheduled time
- You will call +1 778-877-0682 at your scheduled session time
- If you are late, we cannot extend the session time
- If you miss a session without proper notice, it will be forfeited
Preparation Requirements
Before your first session, you must complete the Personal Journey Assessment at least 48 hours in advance.
Before each session, you must complete and submit your Weekly Pre-Session Form at least 24 hours in advance. This allows Caterina to prepare effectively and ensures we use our time together productively.
Schedule Changes & Vacations
- You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule
- Missed sessions with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited
- After 3 missed sessions without notice, a $250 CAD + tax administration fee will be charged
- Please notify Caterina well in advance of planned vacations or extended absences
Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Packages are non-refundable once coaching has commenced.
However, we understand that life happens. If you need to pause your coaching journey, your remaining sessions can be parked — simply email caterina.barregar@gmail.com to let us know.
If you decide not to continue, you may gift your remaining sessions to someone else who is ready to begin their own journey. To arrange a transfer, please email caterina.barregar@gmail.com with the recipient's contact information.
Availability
Caterina is available during regular office hours only. If you have a pressing concern between sessions, please email me and I will respond as soon as I can.
Agreement
By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
