REFUND POLICY

No Refunds

All coaching packages are non-refundable once purchased. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Transferring or Pausing Sessions:

You may gift remaining sessions to another person
You may pause your sessions and resume when you're ready to continue your coaching journey
Contact us at accounts@caterinabarregar.com to arrange a transfer or pause

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited
If you miss a session without notice, it will be forfeited
If you are late to a session, we cannot extend the session time
I will wait on the line for 10 minutes if you do not call at your scheduled time

Missed Sessions:

After 3 missed sessions without notice, a $250 CAD + tax administration fee will be charged.

Package Renewal:

Your 24-session package will be automatically renewed after the final session unless you email accounts@caterinabarregar.com by session 21 to opt out.
