SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY

Digital Service Delivery

Imagine Life Coaching Inc. provides coaching services delivered via phone and email. No physical products are shipped.

How You'll Receive Your Service:

For Coaching Packages: After purchasing a coaching package, you will receive:

A welcome email with your coaching agreement and important forms
Access to schedule your initial discovery session via Calendly
A personalized Welcome Letter outlining your coaching journey
Links to required forms: Weekly Pre-Session Form, Personal Journey Assessment, and 10 Goals to Reach in 6 Months

For Single Sessions: After purchasing a single session, you will receive a Calendly link to book your session at a time that works for you.

Timeline:

You will receive your welcome materials and booking links within 24 hours of purchase.

Session Scheduling:

Single sessions are booked through Calendly
For coaching packages: Your initial discovery session is booked through Calendly. After your discovery session, we will work together to schedule your ongoing weekly 45-minute phone sessions at times that work for both of us. Session times may be adjusted as needed based on your schedule.

Session Delivery:

All coaching sessions are conducted via phone at 778-877-0682. You will call at your scheduled session time.
